Error 403 "Access is restricted" when opening the ethplorer.io website

The ethplorer.io website is not supposed for robots or automated requests.  
There is an API for that: https://github.com/EverexIO/Ethplorer/wiki/Ethplorer-API
This is probably the reason why your IP address was banned. For the first time, it will be unbanned after a few days automatically.
