Unfortunately, all cryptocurrencies are designed so that no reversible action is possible. Because all blockchain transactions are stored and recorded permanently, they are impossible to cancel.

Ethplorer IS NOT a wallet and DOES NOT store any tokens or coins. The purpose of Ethplorer is to help you see and monitor tokens that are issued and transacted over the Ethereum blockchain. In other words, you can view, but you can't touch.
Therefore, withdrawing or sending tokens from Ethplorer is impossible because it only shows your tokens but does not provide access to them.

To touch and actually send tokens, you need to have the private key from the address where tokens are stored. Without a private key, it's not possible to access any token or coin.

To send tokens, you must use a wallet (for example, myetherwallet or metamask) and private keys from the address with the token balance.

If you have a specific inquiry for specific tokens or your tokens were sent to the wrong address, you need to :

1. contact your token issuer (company/project) or a wallet developer directly;
2. contact your cryptocurrency exchange directly;
3. visit the official Ethereum.org (http://ethereum.org/) site and associated forums.

If you send tokens to the correct address and it does not appear, allow up to one hour for the mining process to complete before taking any actions. You can check the balance also in your wallet (e.g., MEW) or with other block scanners.
