If you used the Authy application - a good idea is to try to restore the account there. Then your 2FA codes will be restored.
If you can't do it or use Google Authenticator, then follow below:
- Sign-in to the account normally and when the system asks for the 2FA, please click the "Lost my device" below the 2FA password field.
- Then the system will ask your secret question and answer.
- After that, you can sign in and your 2FA will be disabled automatically.
Remember to set up it again for your security.
